Here is what is included with every visit:
Visit #1
- Physical examination
- Microscopic Fecal examination including Giardia
- 1st deworming for roundworms and hookworms
- 1st Canine Distemper-, Parvo-, Hepatitis + Para-influenza virus vaccine (DAPP)
- 1st dose of flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite preventative
Visit #2
- Physical examination
- 2nd deworming for roundworms and hookworms
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough) vaccine
- 2nd Canine Distemper-, Parvo-, Hepatitis + Para-influenza virus vaccine (including Leptospirosis vaccine)
- Recheck fecal if first fecal was positive for worms (recheck cost is not included in the package)
- 2nd dose of flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite preventative
Visit #3
- Physical examination
- 3rd deworming for roundworms and hookworms
- 3rd Canine Distemper-, Parvo-, Hepatitis + Para-influenza virus vaccine (including Leptospirosis vaccine)
- 3rd dose of flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite preventative
- Rabies vaccine
Visit #4
- 5% off spay or neuter surgical procedure
- Microchip implantation with lifetime registration (can be done at any time; not included in the package)
Every Year (not included)
- Physical examination
- Vaccine booster (as needed)
- Fecal parasite test
- Heartworm testing
- Monthly flea, tick, heartworm, and intestinal parasite control
